Co-operation Agreement signed with the National Museum of Slovenia

ARTEMIS has signed a Co-operation Agreement with the National Museum of Slovenia (NMS) and the Service for Movable Heritage and Museums (SMHM) to participate in one of the pilot studies.

The pilot study will showcase the integration of meteorological alerts, site-specific risk assessment models, cultural heritage asset data, communication channels, and coordination with the relevant stakeholders. Its purpose is to enable timely and informed responses to safeguard heritage sites from climate and environmental hazards. The stakeholders are mainly cultural heritage managers, i.e. curators, conservationists and restoration experts, with this pilot also being of potential interest to researchers, academics and the general public.

ARTEMIS partner ZRC SAZU will provide the technical expertise, building the alert system to be used with the content provided by the NMS and network of contacts from SMHM.
